Forrest Wines have over 20 full time dedicated staff, all of whom deliver quality in all areas of the business. Please meet some of the team below:
 

Drs John and Brigid Forrest
At the helm of the company are John and Brigid, both are completely passionate about wine, their children Reid, Winemaker Beth and Sam and of course their staff. When not marketing wine around the globe, they are 100% hands on in all elements of the business and ensure quality wine and service, while creating a fun environment for everyone to work in.

Winery
In the winery, we have 3 full time staff, this number increasing over vintage with international winemakers. This level of staff is essential, due to the great range of wines we craft, it is not uncommon for us to produce over 20 different wines from any one vintage. Assisting Winemaker John Forrest, is a very special team headed by Dave Knappstein with Chris Andrew and Martin Bell.

Viticulture
Arguably the most important part of the business for producing premium wine, John's right hand man Tim Alexander heads up this team assisted by Sue Warner and 7 full time staff. Most of whom have worked for the John and Brigid for 10 or more years. There is always something to do in the vines and the team manage our 80 hectares with great pride.

Sales, Marketing & Administration
The offices of Forrest Wines are constantly busy with all elements of Wine Sales and Global Marketing. The team offers a high quality service to all customers ensuring Forrest Wines end up in a wine lover’s glass, without any issues along the way. Dan Taylor heads up the Sales and Marketing team working with Trevor Loomis. Charlotte Broms and Mel Ball are the engine room and manage the office administration, accounts and logistics.

Cellar Door
Our Cellar Door is a marvellous and beautiful place to visit and in 2011 was awarded a Gold Rating by Wine Marlborough for our excellent service and wine educated staff. Jo Trotter manages the Cellar Door with Carlos Stiven and Andrea Forrest assisting the daily running. John and Brigid can be found on Cellar Door if you are lucky enough to catch them.

The Pets
Last but certainly not least are the animals that rule the roost, Frankie the Border Collie Dog and Merlot the Cat. These two are often joined by another slightly crazy playmate Toast, the Bijon/Cavoodle dog who almost always manages to steal the show!
